Data management of the website https://maryvo.myshopify.com/ (hereinafter — the "Site") is carried out by [BUSINESS / SOLE PROPRIETOR NAME — TO BE SPECIFIED], registered and operating in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter — the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information on the Site located at the internet address https://maryvo.myshopify.com/ that the Site Administration receives about the User while using the site to provide services and/or sell goods.

1.1.2. 1.1.5. 1.2. All definitions and terms not defined in this section shall be interpreted in the meaning defined by the current legislation of Ukraine, and in the absence of such a definition — in their ordinary meaning.
2. General provisions
2.1. The User's use of this Site constitutes the User's automatic and full consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.

4.3. In addition to the data provided for in clause 4.2. of this Privacy Policy, the Site Administration reserves the right to automatically collect the following data while the User views the Site or its individual pages:
4.3.1. the IP address of the User's electronic computing device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.);
4.3.2. information about Cookie data stored in the User's browser;
4.3.3. information about the User's electronic computing devices (computers, phones, tablets, etc.);
4.3.4. information about the User's browser, including its name, version, etc.;
4.3.5. the time of access to the Site;
4.3.6. the addresses of the Site pages viewed by the User;
4.3.7. the addresses of the previous pages from which the Site was accessed.
4.4. The User's disabling of the Cookie collection function may make it impossible to access parts of the Site.
4.5. The Site collects the confidential data provided for in clauses 4.2.–4.3. of this Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of identifying and resolving technical problems of the Site, controlling the load on the Site, and conducting statistical calculations of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

6. Data storage

8. Obligations of the Site Administration regarding the protection of personal data
8.1. The Site Administration undertakes and guarantees the following:
8.1.1. To use any information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 5 of this Privacy Policy.
8.1.2. To ensure the secrecy and safekeeping of the User's personal information.
8.1.3. Not to disclose, without the User's prior written consent, and not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by any other possible means the User's transferred personal data, except for clauses 7.2. and 7.3 of this Privacy Policy.
8.1.4. To take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in existing business practice.
8.1.5. To block the personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of an appeal or request from the User, or their legal representative, or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, for the period of verification, in the event of the detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
9. Liability of the parties
9.1. If the Site Administration has failed to fulfil its obligations, it is liable for the losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the current legislation, except for the cases provided for in clauses 7.2., 7.3. and 9.2. of this Privacy Policy.
9.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of the User's or Customer's personal information, the Site Administration is not liable if this information:
9.2.1. became or was public at the time of loss or disclosure;
9.2.2. was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration;
9.2.3. was disclosed with the User's consent.
9.3. In all relations not provided for in clause 9.2., the Site Administration is liable in accordance with the current legislation.
10. Dispute resolution procedure
10.1. The User and the Site Administration resolve all disputes and disagreements arising from the relations covered by this Privacy Policy through negotiations.
10.2. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authorities at the defendant's location in accordance with the current procedural legislation.
11. Additional terms
11.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent or notification.
11.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
