Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment, if the item is in stock.
For pre-orders, the piece is dispatched the day after it is made. Production takes 7–10 business days.
Jewelry is not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is found.
An exchange is possible within 14 days of purchase, for the same model in a different size or metal color.
